Upper apt. bath was remodeled. Updated electric--100 amp in each unit. Hot water tanks - 2012/2013. Newer roof. 1st floor tenant has access to basement. Founded in 1868, and named after its industry and location- mill and valley-Millvale is just off Route 28 near the 40th Street Bridge, just across the Allegheny River from Lawrenceville. About 3,653 residents call this borough home. It is surrounded by Reserve Township, Shaler, and Cherry City, and is part of the Shaler Area School District.

- Popular events include Millvale Days in September, BrewFest in August, and Harvest Moon Wine Fest in the fall.
- Millvale is home to Riverfront Park and pavilion, a boat launch, and Three Rivers Rowing Association. The Riverfront Park hosts access to the Three Rivers Heritage Trail, which offers 24 miles of trail within Pittsburgh.
