"Nancy was simply exceptional; we had a very complicated deal, but thanks to her staying on top of all the issues, we were able to obtain a clear title and close on a house that we wanted.  It was a pleasure working with her, she was always available for us and professional, and with great personality at the same time.  I will definitely come back to Nancy for all my real estate needs."
Nancy was there for us every step of the way through our bumpy move from out of state.  We could not have asked for anyone better, she guided us on every step and went above and beyond with the service she provided.  We cannot praise her enough!  We recommend her to everyone that asks us about our move."
Nancy Theys has been my Realtor for two home selling and buying experiences.  The first time she was referred by a friend and the second time, after knowing Nancy personally and professionally.  Nancy is an excellent Realtor, she is on task all the time when she is your agent.  Her expertise and knowledge of the whole process was outstanding.  Even if Nancy and I were not friends, I still would have chosen her as my agent the second time.  I have and will continue to recommend Nancy Theys as a Realtor."
Nancy is highly knowledgeable with a sincere concern about our needs and criteria in a home.  She was available any time, anywhere we needed her assistance. The help that Nancy provides is not only invaluable, but also goes beyond the sale to make our relocation as worry-free as possible.  We have the utmost appreciation for having Nancy as our Realtor"
